Our tour will start from Tatlarin Underground City, located around Nevsehir hill fort near the city of Kayseri, appears to dwarf all other finds to date.

Tatlarin to be opened to the visits of tourists in 1991. The toilet in it demonstrates that toilets were being used in Anatolia around 3000 years ago. There are many food storage areas and churches within it. It is believed to have been used as a center for religious or military purposes judging by the large size of its rooms.

Afterwards, visit the Ottoman Sultan Selim Mosque and 1000-year old Aladdin Mosque, located on the prehistoric tumulus on Aladdin Hill. We will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Istanbul Airport for your flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir, upon your arrival we will transfer you to Cappadocia for our full day Red Plus Tour.

We will start our tour from the deepest Underground City which has been well preserved. This unique Underground City having 30 meters depth consists of 8 floors, but currently 4 floors can be visited by guests.

Our second stop will be the highest point of central Cappadocia. It is located in Uchisar town and called as Uchisar Castle then, we will visit Goreme Open Air Museum; forming with a lot of churches with wall paintings (frescoes) describing the life of Jesus Christ date backs to 10^th to 13^th century from beginning of Christianity. Next stop will be Cavusin Village. We will see the abandoned village which includes old Greek cave houses.

After visiting Cavusin we will give a break for lunch in Avanos. After the lunch, we will visit a pottery shop in Avanos where you may watch how potteries and ceramics are made.

Our next destination is Pasabagi (Monk’s Valley) where you can capture the picture of biggest fairy chimneys with two or three caps.

Now it is time to proceed to Devrent Valley also called Imagination Valley where we can see different rock formations looking like animals or the shapes imagined in your mind.

After the tour you will be transferred to Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport for your flight back to Istanbul, upon your arrival we will transfer you to your hotel.

Our first stop is Derinkuyu Underground Village where dwellings with stables, cellars, storage rooms, refectories, churches and wineries were used as refuges for the Christian communities.

We will continue to our tour by driving to Ihlara Canyon also known as Grand Canyon created from the ashes of the volcanic Mt. Hasan. After hiking through the canyon, which is watered with Melendiz River. Rock-cut churches spread across a local wild plantation, surprise you with their successfully painted representation from the Bible.

We will have our lunch in a local restaurant in Belisirma by the river followed by a visit to Selime with hollowed out citadel and churches where fairy chimneys rest on the steep hillside.

Our first stop will be visiting the Devrent Valley which reveals many different rock formations and small fairy chimneys that form a lunar landscape or moonscape by their strange look. By walking through this amazing valley, you will also see animal-like rock formations that look like a sculpture zoo created by nature. Our tour will continue on to Pasabagi (Monk’s Valley) which contains some of the most striking fairy chimneys in Cappadocia with twin and triple rock caps. This shape is unique for Cappadocia where these fairy chimneys are named ‘mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys’. After visiting Pasabagi, we will drive to Avanos which is known for its world-renowned pottery, a craft dating back to the Hittite period.

The red clay which is worked by local craftsmen comes from the residue of the Kizilirmak river, the longest river in Turkey.

After having the lunch in a local restaurant in Avanos we will continue our tour visiting the Goreme Open Air Museum. You will visit the churches, chapels and monasteries carved into the fairy chimneys from the 10^th to 13^th centuries A.D. with frescos painted on the walls.

You will have ample time to take photo in the neighboring valleys before we transfer you to your hotel.
